Shrimp chips

I finally took the shrimp chips that had been sitting in the kitchen cabinet for a while and fried them up. They were delicious and so fast to make! The only catch is that you need to have enough oil to deep fry with, as we don't really keep that much oil on hand since we never deep fry anything.

Maybe next time we have guests, I can fry these up for a special hors d'oeuvre...
